CANCELLATION 

A full refund can be made if, the organization or company holding the training cancels. 
No refund is permitted within 14 days of the commencement of the training, cancellations 14 days or more before a workshop will receive a voucher to use for another training session with in 1 yr. A Cancellation fee of $50 will apply.
