Sinasi Alak is the creator and founder of the Beat Pilates method. He worked as a professional ballet dancers internationally before creating the Beat Pilates program in 2014. "I wanted to merge the Pilates and fitness world together so both worlds could benefit. I enjoy a great fitness workout and love the core work and strength from a Pilates workout. I always wanted everyone to feel the strength and hard work ballet dancers endure to create an athletic body. Beat Pilates will not have you doing fancy ballet moves or make you look like you are doing barre workout, it simply brings all the hard work from 3 techniques into 1 fun and easy to follow workout.
Everybody takes the class at their own pace and is motivated to break fitness barrier.
